1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website for James Etzkorn for Congress, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Mobile Messaging and SMS If you opt-in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional, personalized marketing, and campaign text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from James Etzkorn for Congress.

  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Rates: Message frequency varies based on activity and your level of engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

3. Privacy Your use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (and who will not use such information for their own purposes); (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation or to comply with law enforcement or legal process; and (3) if the user consents to our sharing of such information.

4. Contributions Contributions to James Etzkorn for Congress are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

5. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
